"Group Sessions" For one on one coaching sessions, I have for 3 - 40 to 45 minute sessions a month with you. I normally conduct one on one coaching sessions for 3 to 6 mos. (3 minimum); however, every client has different needs and I am perfectly willing to discuss Cultural Diversity Training - conducting  training sessions in a R.E.A.L. format that will effectively help students to obtain success and bring about future "win-win" situations for them selves and others through cultural diversity.  R.E.A.L. Coach will be very instrumental in motivating your people to apply what they have learned.these with you.  I'll always strive to be flexible enough to meet your needs! Group coaching sessions (in person or by conference call), I will set up a minimum of three 90 minute sessions with your group [with a minimum of 8 people in your group - minimum of 3 months]. While the group will have an overall goal it will want to achieve, I also know that each  member of the group will have different needs.   It is important to me to work with your group to meet its goals. Flexibility is the key when working with a group of 8 or more!
